Picked up on time and delivered to cruise ship in a courteous and friendly manner. It was a little bit expensive, but I found it worth the money as I was on my own. Not having to deal with luggage etc gave me peace of mind.

We received a confirmation of the transfer at our hotel the day before but then we had to call to request a change in our pick up time on the day of the transfer and it was not a problem at all! Very accommodating! Prompt and friendly! Excellent service!!!

Our driver arrived right on time in Florence with a very comfortable Mercedes van. The vehicle was smooth and quiet. Our driver was incredible, such a charming gentleman. He handled all our suitcases from one hotel into the other. We were all so thrilled not to have to deal with taxi's and trains on both ends of our trip as well as lifting our suitcases. I will only travel with Viator in the future. Thank you, thank you.

An escort arrived at the hotel prior to our departure and waited for the boat to arrive. The boat arrived about 15 minutes after our requested departure time, which was fine. The escort stayed on the boat with us and left us at the building where we were to check in for the Carnival Breeze.
