We really enjoyed this tour. Everything was informative and really well organized. We love this island and would recommend this tour for anyone visiting Denmark. The ferry over there was also very nice and very short.

A great way to see Stockholm when time limited. Seeing everything from the boat gave it another dimension . We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. No problem using Viator voucher .

Bus tour OK; then had to debark and line up for boat trip. A little odd way to do it. Boat trip was nice. Complaint: I had to walk around the square trying to find where the tour began. There were no clear directions. Thankfully I found a nice young tour guide who directed me to the right location at Gustav Adolfs Torg. You should be more specific about the exact address for start of tour. I know others who had same problem.

When we arrived to exchange our voucher for tickets on Sept. 15, we discovered that there was a half marathon taking place in the city core that afternoon and the 2:30 Grand Tour was cancelled. We were able to take the "Stockholm in a Nutshell tour" at 11 am which was shorter and cheaper. The on-site people were helpful in trying to work around the logistic nightmare of continuing tours in a city where streets are blocked and closed off and there is traffic gridlock. We had a partial tour on one route and then could switch to another route. This took additional time with the waiting involved. The canal/water tour portion of the tour was the best part of the package. Bottom line - Viator should have alerted anyone who had bought excursions for that day what was going on and offered a refund for the whole tour or for the difference in the cost of the tours. Viator should be aware of what is going on locally in a city that will affect the products they are selling.

Misleading title. Bus and boat were both hop-on-hop-off. Taped commentaries were spotty with too much "dead air" time. Only ran modified tour in early morning until 10:30am. Unfortunately, our ship was only there from 7am to 1:30pm.

tour was totally misleading. advertised 15 minute walk from the cruise terminal. was a hard fast 50 minute walk to get the coach tour. we decided to forego the boat tour in that we were afraid that we would miss the ship. Paid a taxi 25 eruos to get back to the ship. very disappointing. based on this experience would not book another viator tour online.
