Confirmation call to my mobile phone prior to pickup from cruise ship was a nice touch, but there was some confusion at both pickups - - Miami Airport and Port of Miami. Drivers were courteous and professional in both transfer trips.

The trip was smooth, pickup was well coordinated and our driver found us right away. Our driver was very nice and an excellent driver.

Very unpleasant experience, didn't accept an electronic voucher as stated on the email. It wasn't the drivers fault I blame viator. Will not be using them again to book.

very poor communication between dispatch and driver. they ran our driver in circles for over an hour around the terminal looking for passengers. they didn't respond to his calls, he had to call dispatch on his phone to reach them. driver was trying his best, poor system.

When trying to connect with the transfer company, the operator was rude, snide, and unpleasant. Again when we called to let them know we were ready for pickup, she was the same. We will not be using Viator or the transfer company again.
