We waited less than 1/2 hour for our driver to pick us up. There was an enormous amount of traffic. It was raining and there were multiple accidents. The only part of our trip that I was not thrilled about was the fact that the other passenger we had to pick up was in a home. I felt a bit vulnerable driving into the neighborhood to pick this man up. Our driver was pleasant and drove well. We booked this shuttle on line and we assumed the van would look like the one in the picture which had a big wing on the side and was very easily spotted. However, when we got to Fort Lauderdale there was another company we were actually dealing with. Their vans had no distinguishing marks on them. We were told the van number and had no problem finding them. So, all in all, we had a very good experience with this shuttle system.

After our discovery that your van was not called Viator, we had no problems with the lovely lady that helped us from Super Shuttle. The driver was so very pleasant. The only problem was that we wanted to get to Miami Airport asap and he made another pickup which took up a lot of extra time that we had counted on using to go shopping before boarding our flight back to Barbados. We weren't able to shop as long as we wanted since many things are not available here on our little Caribbean island. We are Canadian citizens and just had things we needed to accomplish.

Very unpleasant experience, didn't accept an electronic voucher as stated on the email. It wasn't the drivers fault I blame viator. Will not be using them again to book.

very poor communication between dispatch and driver. they ran our driver in circles for over an hour around the terminal looking for passengers. they didn't respond to his calls, he had to call dispatch on his phone to reach them. driver was trying his best, poor system.
