  2. How can I review a tour or activity on Viator Shore Excursion?
    If you book a tour or activity with us, you can submit tour and activity reviews after your trip (we'll email you complete instructions, or you can upload them in the “My Tour Reviews & Photos” section of your account at Viator.com). For tours and activities, only confirmed Viator customers can submit a review. This helps us to prevent fraud, spam and other abuses.
  3. I have an account but can't access the site and/or can't submit a review. What do I do?
    No problem, we'll look into it. Just send an email to reviews@viator.com with as much information as possible: your name, date of travel, tours and/or activities you purchased, etc.
