Jose and Roberto were excellent. We really enjoyed the segway tour in a small group with another family. It was unfortunate that the snorkeling had to be cancelled due to the weather but that was not within your control! Jose gave us a nice gentle introduction to the segway with several laps of the car park before setting out on the road. Its a great leisurely way to travel and you can take in the scenery once you get used to the machine. There is a segway company near home and we will be certain to make use of this in the future. To compensate for the lack of snorkeling, Jose took us further along the road on the segway. On the way back we had to stop short from home due to rain. All part of the experience. Keep up the great work.

On 4/2/13 my daughter and I were scheduled for the Segway and Snorkle Tour but when we arrived ,we were told that this tour was cancelled because the segways got wet the previous day and needed time to dry out.We were given three options as replacements for this tour and we picked the ATV Jungle Tour.This tour was really great.Jose and his team of helpers were very informative,helpful and funny as guides.The road in the jungle was a blast to drive on with all the hills ,rocks and sand,The stops along the drive in the jungle were very scenic and we especially liked Jose's history on the Mayan ruins and the Mayan people.It was very educational for my daughter and me.We would highly recommend the ATV tour.

This was really a great experience for us. We met Jose at a hotel almost immediately next door to the cruise terminal. He spoke nearly perfect English, had a great attitude, and was very patient. Learning the segway was very easy and stress free, and the beaches were beautiful. The snorkling area is a beach club with showers, restaurant, etc. Not too bad, but the food and drink prices were actually more than American prices! I suppose they can't control that, so I won't hold it against them. Overall, a great tour that I would recommend and do again!

Obviously the best kept secret, as from our ship, we were the only 2, so had a 'private tour' experience: our fellow travellers who had booked via the ship, not only paid more but were in a large group too!

Our guides and drivers we attentive and patient allowing us time to get used to the Segways in a empty carpark before undertaking the travel to the resort. Indeed, as we watched another group segway by, we wondered why we were still training - then we realised that our guide had an eye on the weather and therefore we missed the 10 minute downpour whilst we we in a local coffee shop!

Being in a small group also helped me as I'm not that strong a swimming and was aprehensive of the snorkelling, but a 1:1 guide made the trip most enjoyable.

This was a great tour! Our guide was very patient with us beginners and also very conscious of our safety. A very enjoyable day and would recommend it!

Had a blast on the excursion. Our excursion didn't start until 11:30am. We had to be back on the ship at 3:30pm. We didn't get to spend enough time at the beach. Once we arrived we only had an hour to eat lunch and try to snorkel. Not enough time.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our Segway and Snorkel Adventure. Our hosts were concerned about our comfort and safety and very professional in their dealings with us. The amount of tropical fish we saw was amazing. We would highly recommend this excursion. Good value for your money.

2nd cruise to Cozumel/2nd booking with viator-cozumel.We all question taking a risk booking a non-cruise related excursion but after the great jeep/snorkeling excursion w Lorenzo in 2011 we booked the segway/beach excursion.Segways-Loved it.Beach/snorkeling awesome.Jose/Bobby were great.Do it-so fun

Excellent! The kids (12 years old) mastered the segway in 5 min. My wife and I took about 15 min. to get comfortable. The tour operator was patient and very good at explaining the segway. He spoke very good english. The kids wanted the segway driving to be longer and less snorkel. It was perfect!

LOVE THE SEGWAY AND SNORKEL TOUR.THE GUIDES, WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND AFTER WE ENDED THE FIRST LEG OF THE TOUR WE STOP OVER TO A LITTLE SNACK BAR. THEY PROVIDED THE DRINKS, BUT THE SNACK BAR WE STOP OVER THE FOOD WAS A+. GOOD
