Always a good decision. I've done this 3 times and it is always a fun trip. I wish that we would go off-roading like they used to allow us to do years ago. We would do the Jeep off the beaten path and get wild. Once it was after it rained and the mud was Awesome! now it is much more tame.

This was by far the best tour I've ever been on in Cozumel! The snorkeling was great, the sights were fantastic and the meal is still being talked about. The guides were knowledgeable and always making sure we had fresh water.

Our guide was great, a great tour and he explained things to us. He was great at
the snorkeling part to, as I am not a very good snorkeler, but he helped me out.
Then we had a dinner when we got back. Would do it again, thanks.

EXCELLENT! Had a great time, great jeep ride (although I didn't know how to drive stick, but I made it through) and then Snorkeling and the lighthouse visit was a once in a lifetime experience! No complaints!

Very good tour to see the whole of Cozumel. Lorenzo was a great guide and very informative of all the places we visited. Would recommend this tour to others. 1st tour we have booked while on a cruise not from the cruise line and it exceeded our expectations.

The jeep and snorkel tour was amazing and the tour guide Jorge was awesome.

Very enjoyable tour with our guide David. Beach was beautiful and snorkeling was fun. Dave was very helpful with our snorkeling issues. My only complaint is that the tour description said we would have communication with the guide jeep. We did not. However, this did not detract from an excellent day.

First the positives. The jeep was in good running condition and our guide was terrific. You get to see a lot of the Island and the snorkling site and beach were great!
Now for the negatives:
1.The hotel where we had to meet for the tour was a good 20 minute walk from the cruise terminal. (There was no mention of this in the description of the tour)
2.The tour had to wait for additional people to show up so we left an hour after the scheduled departure time.
3.Because of this, the excursion was cut by about 45 minutes.
4.There was no radio communication from the guide to our jeep as advertised.
5.Lunch was served after we returned to the hotel which was around 4:45. (This is way too late for lunch. Arrangements should be made to have lunch around 1:00)
I happen to be diabetic and if I would have known lunch was to be served so late, I could have brought a snack with me. Maybe you should inform guests of that in the future.
All in ... 

Very enjoyable tour. Guides were very friendly and informative.

It was a wonderful tour, our guide Lorenzo was excellent and very knowledgeable. However, here are a few improvements needed from Viator's end. The directions to the pick up point were outdated and incorrect. They moved over a year ago but the site still sends the incorrect directions. Additionally, you should make some mention of the time difference in Mexico, because the time is Mexico is different to that Miami. Other than those issues, the tour was great and i'll recommend it to anyone i know who's going to Cozumel!!
